Broken Items:
If you recieve an item that is broken, you will recieve all the insurance money for that item by turning in the insurance claim with the US Post Office. You will always recieve more money than the amount that you spent on the item(s) and you will be able to keep what broken peices were recieved.)
Or, if your prefer... we will replace the item for you free of charge!!!
Unsatisfactory Items:
If you recieve an item that you are unsatisfied with for any reason, you may return the item (completely intact) for a full refund of the item(s). This includes any or all purchases post marked 30 days or less from the day the item was shipped. You will not need any reciept for returns.
Custom Order Returns:
We will make every possible effort to ensure that custom orders are acceptable to you before they are shipped. If you recieve a custom order that you are unsatified with for any reason, you may return the item for store credit at the full amount. Again, you have 30 days to do this.
Altercations on Item Orders:
If you recieve an order that needs altercation (such as to be lengthen or shortened), you will need to send the item back with a detailed message of what it is you need changed or fixed. At that time we will glady make whatever changes are needed for you and you will pay a considerably small fee (usually $0-$15) plus the price of shipping. Email us for a price quote on altering or modifying jewelry items.
