Custom Jewelry Order Process at Natural Mystics

Step 1: Submit an order form.
1. Click on the "Order Form" button and fill out a simple form.
(Note: This step does not bind you into a contract to buy. You can still cancel your order at any time.)

Step 2: Recieve order confirmation.
2. We will review your order within (usually within 24hrs.) and email you back a price quote & confirmation of your order, along with any other relivant information or questions we may need to fulfill the order.
(Note: If you choose to include your phone number, we may even call you to speed up the process.)

Step 3: Safely purchase jewelry through PayPal or by mail.
3. If you decide to go ahead with the order after speaking to us, we will email you with a PayPal link for purchasing your order or you can send us a check or money order.
(Note: At this time you would also mail us any pendant or beads that you want used in the custom jewelry order.)

Step 4: See the finished product and ask for any changes.
4. We will make the custom jewelry to your specifications and email you a picture of it. You then email us about whether you want the custom jewelry as it has been made or if there are changes you would like to be made.
(Note: This step is repeated until you are satisfied with the jewelry you have ordered or until either party decides to cancel the order. If we cancel your order, for any reason, you will recieve your money back, in full, along with any pendants or beads you may have sent us for the order. If you cancel the order, you will be refunded your money minus a $15 dollar cancellation feeand any item you have mailed to us will be returned to you.)

Step 5: Accept and Recieve your new custom handmade jewelry!
5. Once you are satisfied with your custom jewelry order, we will promptly mail out your new jewelry!
(Note: You can still return your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs, at any time within 30 days.)
